Store pages are created through direct contact or community suggestions. If you are a brand or its representative and would like a store removed or modified, please use the Manage Store page.

Editing Offers and Store Details:
Brands can request changes to their store page, including offers, content, and images, through our support team.

Loyalty Points Program

How It Works:

• Loyalty points are awarded based on purchases made through the CouponKastle platform.

• The method of earning points may vary by store:

  • Upload your purchase receipt using CouponKastle promo codes, or

  • Automatically earn points upon order validation by the merchant.

Key Details:

• Points are subject to merchant verification and may take 7–10 days to reflect in your account.

• If your order is canceled or returned, points will not be awarded.

• Loyalty points are granted by CouponKastle, not the respective brands.

Sign-Up Bonus:

• New users receive 50 loyalty points (equivalent to AED 5) upon successful registration.

Point Expiry and Redemption:

• Points expire 30 days after being awarded.

• Redeem points for gift cards or as specified in the program guidelines.

• Points are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

Earnings and Payments:
